Orange Bavarian

  1 1/2 c  Orange juice
      1 pk Sweetened lemon flavored
           -gelatin
           Few grains salt
      1 c  Whipping cream
    1/2 c  Sugar
    1/2 c  Boiling water
      2    Oranges
    1/2 c  Chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sugar, salt, and orange juice. Cool until partially set. Beat until fluffy. Add nuts. Fold in stiffly whipped cream. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Garnish with orange sections. Serve with whipped cream.


Yield: 6 Servings
