Cream cheese frosting (chef's)

    1/2 c  Butter
      1 pk (8 oz) cream cheese
      1 ts Vanilla
      1 ts Maple syrup (more to taste)

Cream together all ingredients. Chill one hour. Spread on cooled cake. Makes 1 1/4 cups of frosting
