Orange rind - grated 4 Chicken Breast Cutlets 1 tb Corn starch (potato starch- 1 c Orange juice 1/4 cup Brown sugar (syrup-Passover)
Cook all ingredients for the sauce over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and glossy. Pour sauce over frozen chicken breast cutlets, bake uncovered approximately 35 minutes at 350~. This sauce may also be used for broiled or microwaved cutlets.
