Orange & Lemon Ice Box Pudding

    1/4 lb Sweet butter
  1 1/2 c  Sugar
      3    Egg yolks
      3    Egg whites stiffly beaten
           Juice of one orange
           Juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 pt Whipping cream

Line 7" spring form with lady fingers. Cream butter and sugar until light. Add egg yolks and mix until well blended. Add juices. Fold in whipped cream and then egg whites. Pour into prepared pan.


Yield: 6 Servings
