Orange - Honey - Mustard Salad Dressing

      2 tb Orange juice concentrate
           - thawed
    1/2 tb Wine vinegar
    1/2 tb Honey
    1/4 ts Dry mustard
    1/8 ts Salt
    1/3 c  Safflower or sunflower oil

Combine ingredients and whisk until emulsified. Makes 1/2 cup, enough for 4. For Creamy Orange Honey Mustard Dressing add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/4 cup yogurt and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise to **1/4** cup of above dressing. Toss with DRY, mixed, chilled 4 to 6 .


Yield: 4 Servings
