Omaha Flank Steak

      1    Flank Steak
  1 1/2 c  Salad Oil
    3/4 c  Soy Sauce
    1/4 c  Worcestershire Sauce
      2 tb Dry Mustard
  2 1/2 ts Salt
      1 tb Black Pepper
    1/2 c  Red Wine Vinegar
  1 1/2 ts Parsley
      2 lg Garlic Cloves, Crushed
    1/3 c  Fresh Lemon Juice

Combine the marinade ingredients and marinate the steak overnight. Grill over hot coals and cut on the diagonal and serve.


Yield: 6 Servings
